Christopher Beltz is both Human Resource Manager and as a licensed agent, he also functions as the executive director of our benefits department.  In terms of size and scope, the Human Capital benefits department provides insurance and administration to the Trillium Group in Kalamazoo with its 6 divisions and 18,000 national staffing employees.

Human Capital works with more than 20 major health insurance providers, a host of ancillary insurers representing voluntary benefits, in addition to Medicare. This helps to create more options for clients which are especially important with the onset of healthcare reform mandates.  Thus, Human Capital offers continuity, expertise, and guidance to a marketplace that is scrambling for help and direction.

Because of its size, the Human Capital benefits department also offers superior capabilities in benefit administration. Some of the time consuming and detailed tasks include adding and deleting participants, dependent audits, invoice reconciliation, claims resolution, and of course solutions for healthcare reform.  The HC benefit department provides these services to more than 200 organizations nationwide.
